At Quirkk India, we aim to deliver high quality products that we hope you love. But, just in case you're unhappy with your purchase, we can help with exchange of sizes only and no refunds.

We endeavour to make your shopping experience as pleasurable and stress-free as possible. When making a purchase with us, you acknowledge, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Your purchase from Quirkk India is eligible for Size Exchange once only within 3 days of delivery of your product.
• The item should be unused and unwashed and in the same package as received.
• No return or exchange on made to order customized styles.

• Order to be shipped by customer in case of return or exchange to the following address-
  Address : PLOT NO 23, JAWAHAR NAGAR, VARANASI, Uttar Pradesh, 221010
• Quirkk India will not be not liable for any damage/ loss incurred during return transit.
• In case of any issues with your order, the customer is required to contact us within 3 days of delivery to raise a dispute.
• In case of any delay, the order will not be eligible for return/exchange.
  
• Products cannot be exchanged when purchased during special discounts or sale.

Please note: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

*Please refer to our size chart before placing your order. Outfits once sold cannot be returned.
However, in case of size discrepancies, the outfit in concern will be altered to the next bigger size available.
